The course aims to familiarize students with the relationship between nutrition and diseases, as well as appropriate and sound nutritional care for patients with common chronic diseases (heart disease and arteriosclerosis, diabetes, liver diseases, kidney diseases, cancers) and how to provide nutritional counseling to these patients. It also aims to equip students with skills that enable them to assist and guide patients in choosing appropriate and healthy foods.
At the end of studying this course, the student will be able to:
