Course Description: This course enables students to define the basic concepts and processes of reward management, which include job analysis and evaluation, and compensation structure design. They will learn about the factors that determine employee wage and benefit levels in the labor market. The course also covers topics related to international compensation management and its strategic perspective.

1- Clarification of the basic concepts of the reward management process, which include job analysis, job evaluation, and compensation structure design.
2- Present different methods for enhancing performance-based pay systems.
3- Designing the wage structure.
