Change and Organizational Development

Course Description: This course aims to provide Executive MBA students with a strategic vision of the concept of change, its characteristics, and the essential stages for its implementation within organizations. It also focuses on analyzing the driving forces of change, both internal and external, with an in-depth study of global change models such as "John Kotter's" model. This course also addresses administrative reform mechanisms and areas of change management in technology and organizational structures to enhance performance efficiency. Furthermore, it highlights strategies for dealing with resistance to change and understanding the role of power and organizational conflict in the success of development processes. The curriculum concludes by presenting the foundations of organizational development to empower leaders to guide organizations toward sustainability and excellence in a changing business environment.
