Course Description: This course focuses on understanding organizational behavior from a managerial and strategic perspective, aiming to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage individuals and groups within the workplace. The course addresses the role of management in guiding organizational behavior through leadership, motivation, decision-making, team management, and effective communication.
