Advanced Human Resource Management

Course Description: This course provides a philosophical, sociological, and economic introduction to human resource management behavior, and its stages of development in light of globalization and neoliberalism. It seeks to explore its contemporary research and managerial implications. It also presents modern concepts, theories, and explanatory models in human resource management within a strategic context that enhances sustainable competitive advantages, both locally and internationally. The course also examines the various dimensions of human resource management through appropriate research frameworks.

In-depth philosophical analysis of social and human fields as the foundational scientific basis for human resource management.
2. Identifying the reasons, stages, impacts, modern concepts, theories, and models of human resource management's evolution in light of globalization and neoliberalism.
3. Present an oral presentation analyzing the dimensions of human resource management in contemporary organizational contexts to enhance or maintain sustainable competitive advantages.
