Course Description: This course addresses fundamental and modern human resource concepts and their practical application in both the public and private sectors. The course aims to equip students with specialized functions in human resource management, as well as a range of administrative functions, and to explain how to attract, retain, and maintain human capital from their joining an organization until the termination of their services.

Objectives of the course :

This course aims to enable students to explain the job analysis process and understand its importance. It will also enable them to discuss human resource planning, describe recent trends in workforce composition and their impact on human resource management practices. Furthermore, students will gain the ability to compare human resource selection methods, determine appropriate compensation systems, and evaluate the impact of legislation on human resource practices. Additionally, they will analyze activities related to employee performance appraisal and describe the steps necessary for developing and evaluating employee training programs.
