Course Description: This course covers modern poultry production systems and their management methods in broiler, egg-laying, and hatchery projects, focusing on operational efficiency and sustainable production. It also reviews the applications of modern technologies, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence in monitoring production and health performance, as well as data analysis within poultry farms. The course addresses biosecurity, product quality, indoor environmental management, and sustainability in line with the developments in the poultry industry and food security requirements.
