Course Description: This course explains the basic concepts related to performance appraisal in general and performance appraisal concepts in educational institutions in particular. It also includes skills for appraising the performance of university institutions and their appraisal methods in light of modern approaches, a presentation of methods for building various performance appraisal indicator standards, and a presentation and analysis of quality assurance and accreditation models for educational institutions at various levels.
