Course Description: The course includes scientific concepts of educational program evaluation, its tools, stages, types, its relationship to standards culture, its objectives, levels, and applications, and the most important modern trends and experiences in its field. It also covers the ability to evaluate programs in light of established standards, compare educational program standards in different countries, explain specific cases of problems arising in educational programs, and train on decision-making regarding specific cases of educational programs.
