Course Description: General Course Description: The course introduces the student to: Educational concepts and issues in leading educational institutions, the most important priorities to be addressed and solved, alongside partnership with the local community and the authorities granted to educational leaders, organizational development, and the problems facing educational institutions and how accounting aspects can be activated, in addition to clarifying the most important initiatives and achievements of the Kingdom by benefiting from the experiences and practices of some developed countries. .
