The course aims to introduce the student to the different concepts in the governance and financing of educational institutions, and to familiarize him with the philosophy, justifications, and objectives of educational institution governance. It also aims to identify the principles and regulations of educational institution governance in the Kingdom, develop and enhance students' skills in making and analyzing financial decisions for schools, identify the requirements of capital management, funding sources, and financial forecasting methods, and acquire the skill of analyzing financial ratios and innovating new funding formulas and sources. .

The student will understand how to manage risks, techniques, and applications from a technical perspective. .
The student reviews the concepts of financial management, its sources, theories, management, and investment. .
The student reviews the methods and criteria for evaluating financial performance in educational institutions. .

- The student will learn methods for calculating cost, revenue, and forecasting financial needs for educational institutions. .
The student will be familiar with contemporary models of how educational institutions are governed and funded. .

Discusses and expresses his opinion in front of his colleagues.
The student explains the causes of financial and funding problems and whether technology has limited the increase of these risks and problems. .
