Course Description: This course establishes scientific knowledge by analyzing jurisprudential texts and developing the cognitive ability to read and comprehend them. It cultivates jurisprudential acumen for understanding and deriving evidence from jurisprudential texts, and for comprehending the implications of the evidence.

The enduring connection of Sharia students to heritage books for analyzing jurisprudential texts and developing the cognitive ability to read and comprehend them.
