Course Description: This course is designed to introduce all graduate students to teaching and learning methods, curriculum planning, and assessment for performing leadership and administrative roles in dental institutions, in order to achieve necessary future educational development.

Objectives of the course :

Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:
1. Identify different teaching methods.
2. Developing core teaching and learning competencies needed to reflect this on the performance of the senior practitioner.
3. Understand the fundamental theoretical principles of teaching, learning, and assessment, and demonstrate the ability to apply these to educational contexts.
4. Understand the fundamental theoretical principles and develop curricula while demonstrating their ability to apply these to their own educational contexts.
5. Developing curriculum development and leadership competencies to be reflected in educational leaders.
