To teach and train dental students in periodontology scientifically and clinically and provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary to practice dentistry.

Overview

The Department of Periodontics and Implantology is one of the most important clinical departments in the Faculty of Oral Medicine and Dental Surgery, which includes student education, scientific research and community service in the specialties of oral medicine, diagnostics and periodontal diseases.

Objectives :

1- Providing future dentists with a solid foundation in periodontics and community dental health.
2- Conducting pioneering research in the fields of periodontal disease, dental implants, and prevention strategies.
3) Provide specialized clinical care with a focus on community oral health
4- Promoting professional and ethical excellence.
