Description:
The Food Science and Human Nutrition Program at the College of Agriculture and Food at Qassim University aims to prepare graduates specialized in food science and human nutrition to support sustainable food security. The program provides students with comprehensive knowledge of food properties, human nutritional needs, and food safety regulations. The program provides students with practical skills in food processing and analysis and meal planning for different age groups. Graduates are prepared to contribute to improving community health and advancing the food and nutrition sectors in Saudi Arabia.
