The venue includes a spacious interior foyer characterized by a geometric glass dome roof, surrounded by multiple balconies with seating areas containing blue chairs, and decorated with green spaces; the foyer also witnesses a number of people, many of them employees of the Business Administration Department, gathering around tables spread at different levels, and some attendees wearing the Saudi shemagh or Saudi ghutra as befits the official character of Al-Qassim University.

The Department of Agricultural Engineering and Biosystems is one of the leading departments concerned with developing modern systems and technologies to support sustainable agriculture in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the needs of the labor market. The department covers the fields of agricultural power and machinery, irrigation and drainage, biosystems, agricultural buildings, and product manufacturing. It is also keen to update its curricula and applied programs to keep pace with the latest technical innovation, and promote professional communication through membership support

Objectives :

1- Providing advanced and accredited educational programs and practical training opportunities in agricultural engineering and biosystems to prepare scientifically and professionally qualified cadres with skills that meet the needs of the labor market.
2. Carrying out scientific research in agricultural engineering and biosystems that contribute to the development of environmentally friendly agricultural techniques and achieving sustainable development.
3. Providing consultations and technical services to farmers and the local community in the field of agricultural engineering and biosystems, and participating in awareness and training programs to enhance knowledge of modern agricultural techniques.
4. Enhancing cooperation with national and international academic and research institutions, as well as the public and private sectors, to exchange knowledge and expertise and develop joint projects that serve the agricultural sector.
