Documents and Archives Center

Many of the buildings of the General Administration at Qassim University feature an internal courtyard that is divided into several areas and is distinguished by the appropriate color, and green plants are parked in these areas. This courtyard also contains classrooms and customized spaces under a specific roof according to the design.

Overview

Given the great development the Kingdom is witnessing and its keeping pace with progress, and due to the abundance of documents and information within the university as a result of its great expansion and development, and in implementation of Council of Ministers Resolution No. (9) dated 02/01/1438 AH, which stipulates the establishment of a Documents and Archives Center in each government agency, and pursuant to which His Excellency the University President issued Resolution No. 31756 dated 05/06/1439 AH establishing the Documents and Archives Center at Qassim University, to address the significant accumulation of documents and archives, and to organize documents in accordance with the instructions and regulations of the National Center for Documents and Archives, and to achieve the vision of the Kingdom 2030. The University's Documents and Archives Center is administratively linked to the University Vice Presidency for Financial and Technical Affairs.
