On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, His Excellency the President of Qassim University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad bin Fahd Al-Sharekh, launched the "Yusr Program" for the Hajj of the university's international students, organized by the International Students Affairs Department, in the presence of the University Vice President for Educational Affairs, Dr. Fahd bin Sulaiman Al-Ahmad, at the main headquarters of the University City.
His Excellency the President of the University stressed that this program aims to pilgrimage 180 male and female students this year, and comes within the qualitative services provided by the university to its international students to help them perform the Hajj pilgrimage and provide many facilities for those who have not previously performed this fifth pillar of religion.
The beneficiaries represent 92 nationalities of the university's international students, as this program targets students who are expected to graduate from the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels, and students who have not previously performed the Hajj pilgrimage.
The program is concerned with the Hajj of international students through an integrated system that includes organizing the performance of the rituals and providing scientific and awareness courses on Hajj, enabling them to perform the pilgrimage in the right way, in an atmosphere of ease and tranquility.
