How does the committee hold its meetings?
The committee holds its meetings periodically in person upon the invitation of its chairman, and extraordinary meetings may be held whenever the need arises. A quorum is met by the attendance of the majority of the members, and its recommendations and decisions are issued by a majority vote of the attending members. In the event of a tie, the side voted for by the chairman of the meeting shall prevail.
