An Overview
The department is considered one of the main and important departments of the university, which is concerned with preparing the university's draft budget, closely following up the implementation of the university's budgets, monitoring the disbursement of budget lines and items, making projected estimates of what will be disbursed from the budget lines and items, making transfers and support from the Ministry of Finance according to the regulations, as well as performing the work that falls within its field of competence assigned to it by the university's senior management.

Mission
Preparing the university's draft budget in coordination with the main authorities, in order to meet the actual needs of the university, in accordance with the regulations governing financial affairs in universities in its first chapter, as well as the instructions for implementing the state's general budget and financial and accounting instructions. Following up on the implementation of the budget and making transfers to address the deficiencies that may occur in the budget in accordance with the rules and regulations and in implementation of the university's strategic objectives.
