Overview
The Nutrition Department is one of the departments of the University Vice Presidency for Financial and Technical Affairs, and is concerned with the full supervision of the main student nutrition services and what is provided in the various nutrition outlets (restaurants, cafeterias, and vending machines), in addition to supervising the food services provided at university events and student activities.

Objectives
Nutrition management goals:
1. Providing healthy and balanced food for students in the cafeterias supervised by the administration.
2. Familiarizing male and female students with proper dietary habits.
3. Providing meals at nominal prices to help male and female students financially.
4. The General Directorate of Nutrition looks forward to:
- Providing all that is new in the food services offered and providing multiple options according to the latest technologies in a modern style, which reflects positively on the services supporting the basic educational mission of the university.
- Spreading nutritional health awareness to as many community members as possible.
5. Quality in all services provided to university employees and visitors, whether in appearance or taste.
6. Provide varied, balanced and healthy meals.
7. Creating a comfortable place where university affiliates and visitors do not get bored of sitting there.
8. Following up on new developments in the field of food in an effort to fulfill the desires of beneficiaries
