The genesis of the center
With the approval of the Honorable Council of Ministers on the establishment of leadership centers in universities, and because of the university's need for a body that qualifies leaders, and what is required by the interest of work, the Leadership and Capacity Development Center was established on 3/2/1438 AH, to play its role in achieving the university's vision and objectives, to qualify leaders and use the latest means to provide short and long term training programs, develop leadership and administrative skills among university employees and faculty members, and build partnerships with leading local and international entities to prepare and train the university's leaders.

About the platform
It is an accredited training platform at Qassim University, affiliated to the university's main portal and registered with the Digital Government Authority, established in the last quarter of 2023, through which the university seeks to develop and raise the skills of Qassim University affiliates, including faculty members, employees, students and visitors, and provide them with the necessary skills and develop their abilities in various fields, such as leadership skills, computer use and various communication skills, in addition to training programs in some specialized fields such as accounting, data analysis, marketing, secretarial, photography and other training programs.
The "Namaa" platform offers many courses, programs and training tracks for various topics that meet all needs. Upon completion of the courses, programs and training tracks, the trainee receives certificates accredited by the university authorities providing them, which can be reviewed and downloaded through the platform directly by the trainee, and the training administrators work to continuously increase the number of course areas and training programs.
