The Accreditation Documents Guide (2025 Edition – V2.1) issued by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission and the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA) provides a comprehensive index of approved documents, forms, and standards for quality assurance in higher education institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, divided into 4 main axes:

  1. Institutional accreditation documents: It specializes in evaluating and developing the comprehensive performance of the institution. It includes standards and indicators (DI-100, DI-101) and the documents required for the visit (DI-102), progress and self-study forms (TI-100, TI-102), in addition to improvement plans and responses to recommendations (TI-107, TI-109), compliance reports, substantive changes, basic data, and periodic follow-up (TI-111, TI-113, TI-114, TI-115).
  2. Program accreditation documents (Bachelor's): It covers the operational frameworks for bachelor's programs.
