“The ”Bachelor Program Development Form" officially approved by the Deanship of Educational Affairs at Qassim University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This form represents an integrated organizational tool aimed at submitting requests for reviewing and updating existing academic programs and clarifying the dimensions of the proposed development to keep pace with the changing needs of the job market. The document consists of eleven pages divided very clearly into seven main elements, starting with the general guidelines for the form and the specific conditions for submitting the request. The first section focuses on the importance of accurately formulating the justifications for development and ensuring the quality of the proposal and its full compatibility with the approved educational standards at the university. The form also contains precise fields for collecting preliminary data regarding the program manager's information, and their complete definition in terms of their titles in both languages, mission, objectives, and current and new educational tracks. The document allocates clear and specific sections and tables to inventory the type of proposed modifications, such as modifying the course code, credit hour distribution, changing course content, and clarifying the justifications for development. In addition, the document addresses a section for studying the impact of this development on the national or international academic accreditation of the program. The document concludes with the section dedicated to official accreditations, as it includes the recommendations of the concerned department and college councils with signatures, leading to the final recommendation of the Deanship of Development and Quality to issue the final decision of acceptance or modification.
