Program and Plan Management

This template has been prepared to be an integral part of the approved program specification form of Education and Training Evaluation Commission (Latest Version), and it is used with the program specification model as the approved document for the program's study plan. The model aims to document the study plan and its components in an organized manner, including courses, their requirements, and their sequence within study levels, thereby illustrating the program's academic structure, study track, and graduation requirements.

The model also contributes to standardizing the presentation of study plan data for academic programs, organizing their components to facilitate their review and study by the relevant academic authorities, and verifying that they meet the related academic and regulatory requirements. The two models serve as a unified reference for documenting the program and its study plan, which enhances data accuracy and consistency, and helps ensure that the plan aligns with the program's requirements and learning outcomes.

The model also serves as a reference when reviewing and developing study plans, and is utilized in the procedures for accrediting, establishing, and developing academic programs, provided that the study plan is approved and endorsed by the competent councils and committees in accordance with approved procedures and regulations.
