It also includes the meeting date, which helps document the session time and reference it when needed to track the development of the student'Moore's case. The template allows for identifying the purpose of the advising session and the obstacles that may affect the student's academic progress, helping the academic advisor understand the challenges facing the student and identify areas that need follow-up. It also provides space for the advisor to record recommendations and guidance related to the case, followed by authentication with name and signature. Documenting this data helps build a clear picture of the student's academic status during the advising session and allows for monitoring the recommendations and agreed-upon actions.
