For the open-air Al-Madhanib Summer Festival at night, the audience gathered on the illuminated Majlis Al-Madhanib stage, with the men in their Ghutra or Shemagh, Egal, and Saudi Besht, and the women in their black abayas, facing the stage. The University, represented by the Colleges of Pharmacy and Science and Arts in Al-Madhanib, held several health programs under the supervision of the Deanship of Student Affairs, as part of the university's participation in the activities of the "Al-Madhanib Summer 39" festival, which was held at Khartoum Park. These programs started on Friday evening, 29/10/1439 H, and continued for a whole week, with the participation of 24 male and female students, and more than 900 visitors benefiting from the services provided. 

The participation was represented in four sections, including a section on anemia awareness and hemoglobin measurement, another section on drug conflicts and health education, in addition to the measurements section, which included measuring visitors' blood sugar level and blood pressure measurement, while the fourth section was dedicated to raising awareness of common foodstuffs that use genetic modification and warning to stay away from them as much as possible.

The university's participation in the activities of this year's festival comes under the directives of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Dawood, President of the University, and based on the keenness to continuously participate in community participation in the various governorates of the Qassim region, by activating the youth cadres that the university embraces
