His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Meshal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Qassim, stressed the importance of the Qassim University campaign "Awareness, Health and Education", which comes in support of the development balance program in the Emirate of the region, pointing out that this program gives each governorate or region a unique specialization, and that such campaigns are a strong support for this development program, since we started it in Abanat, Aqlah Al-Suqur, Diriyah and then Qubba, where these campaigns supported the development balance program significantly throughout the Qassim region.
This came during his patronage of the closing ceremony of Qassim University's comprehensive campaign "Awareness, Health and Education", in its fifth edition held at Dukhna Center in Al-Ras Governorate, in the presence of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Dawood, President of the University, His Excellency the Vice Presidents of the University, and a number of directors of government agencies.
His Highness toured the corners participating in the university's campaign, which provides educational, medical, health and awareness programs for the people of Dukhna Center, with the participation of a group of specialists and doctors from all departments and the participation of male and female students, and was introduced to the equipment and capabilities provided by the university to serve the community, as well as the corner of the General Administration of Drug Control in Qassim.
His Highness said: "This day is one of the happiest and most joyful days for me because I see the completion of the unique contract that we started several years ago with this fifth campaign after it was held in several governorates in the region and will continue, God willing," he said, extending his sincere thanks, appreciation and prayers to His Excellency the President of the University, Their Excellencies the Vice Presidents, Deans of Colleges, workers and practitioners in all faculties and specialties of this young university, which I always like to enjoy and call them universities in a university, as they are really not one university and I am very proud and proud of them.

For his part, the UQU President said: This campaign comes out of the university's responsibilities and its belief in its function towards the community, as it pays great attention to community service because of its great impact and clear contribution to improving the quality of life and raising the level of awareness and belonging, and by the grace of Allah Almighty and the unlimited support the university receives from our wise leadership - may Allah continue to bless it and grant it success.Thanks to God Almighty, and the unlimited support received by the University from our wise leadership, and His Highness the Emir of the region, it has continued to implement this campaign, which started in Dhalea Rashid Center, then in Aqlah Al-Suqur Governorate, then in Dhiriyah Governorate, and the fourth in Qubah Center, and here we are concluding the fifth edition in this year 1445 AH in Dukhna Center to reach tens of thousands of beneficiaries from all these campaigns, all of which were honored with generous sponsorship, great attention, support and motivation by His Highness the Emir of Qassim, who encouraged, supported and confirmed their continuation and movement between the governorates and centers of the region.
He added that this center is located one hundred and fifty kilometers away from the main headquarters of the university to celebrate the success of the activities of this campaign and the programs it includes in a number of legal, educational, skills, medical, awareness, health and nutrition services targeting all segments of society, pointing out that the preparation and preparation for this campaign began several months ago with the formation of multiple committees, the number of which exceeded ten basic and executive committees with about sixty members, while the number of programs and events reached about three hundred, with nearly four hundred members of the university staff and its students participating in their implementation out of their sense of collective responsibility.
After that, the head of the campaign's organizing committee, Dr. Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Turki, spoke, stressing that the main objective of this campaign is to contribute to the quality of life for the citizen, which is emphasized by the Kingdom's Vision 2030, to contribute to instilling positive values and promoting the correct concept of loyalty and belonging to the homeland, fortifying the mind from negative influences and protecting the intellect from excesses and excesses.
He added that this campaign also aims to improve public health and spread awareness in the medical and nutritional fields, noting that it is presented in different locations to make its programs more useful and impactful, as these places include the campaign headquarters, training halls, boys' and girls' schools in and around the center, mosques, mosques, and the livestock market.
The head of the campaign's organizing committee explained that the number of programs offered in the campaign reached 299 programs, where the number of Sharia and intellectual programs reached 49, the number of educational, national and social programs 43, the number of nursing and medical clinics programs 62, the number of health and dental programs 39, the number of health and food awareness programs 21, optometry programs 25, medical laboratory programs 15, 10 radiology programs, 5 first aid programs, in addition to 20 training courses, a veterinary convoy to treat cattle and provide treatment consultations to their owners, in addition to recreational activities, gifts and prizes that were offered
He added that about 400 university affiliates and students participated in providing and implementing these programs, and the number of beneficiaries per day in this campaign ranged around 5,000 different segments of society.
By holding this campaign, the university aims to provide its community services through all its branches and specializations, as community service is one of the pillars of the university's national mission and its responsibility towards the country and society. This comes as a continuation of the series of comprehensive campaigns implemented by the university in the past four editions in Abanat, which benefited more than 10,000 people, Aqlah Al-Suqur, which benefited more than 15,000, Diriyah, which benefited more than 20,000, and Qubah Center, which benefited more than 30,000 male and female beneficiaries.
