His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Qassim Region, praised the initiative of Sheikh Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Rashed Al-Hamid in establishing a research chair at Qassim University to serve the biography of the Prophet (PBUH): He stressed that the chair has become a beacon of radiance to serve the Prophet's biography not only at the national level but also for the whole world through the great works in translating the books of the Prophet's biography into many international languages and communicating the prophetic message with all the noble meanings and values that express the tolerance and mediocrity of Islam.
This came during a meeting with Qassim University President Dr. Khalid bin Abdulrahman Al-Hamoudi, Sheikh Abdullah Al-Saleh Al-Rashid Al-Hamid and Dr. Sulaiman Al-Awda, supervisor of the research chair, at the Emirate's headquarters.
HH the Emir of Qassim welcomed the delegation, praising the chair and the defense of the rights of the Prophet (PBUH), which is considered a small part of the right of our Prophet (PBUH).
For his part, Sheikh Al-Rashed appreciated the words, support and encouragement of His Highness, which push them to do more to support the march of meaningful activities. He also extended his thanks and appreciation to His Highness for the care, attention and patronage he gives to the chair in a picture that reflects his constant keenness on every charitable work that serves the biography of the Prophet of Mercy and the Master of Messengers, praying to Allah to make everything offered in the balance of his good fortune, and praising the role of the university in providing the opportunity to defend the Prophet and wishing the chair to continue its activities and achieve the desired goals.
For his part, the President of Qassim University extended his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Emir of the region for his patronage and care for the university's march in various disciplines and fields, pointing out that his support pushes the university to exert more efforts in order to serve the community, the country and the nation in general.
His Highness praised the university's proposal through the chair to launch a project to promote prophetic values in the security sectors, stressing that the Emirate of the region supports and mobilizes all its energies in serving all noble values and lofty meanings in various fields to serve the religion, the king and the nation.
