Emir of Qassim congratulates the university for climbing to the green category in the overall maturity index for government digital services

His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Meshal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Qassim Region, sent a letter of congratulations to Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Dawood, President of the University, on the occasion of the University's ascension to the green category in the overall maturity index of government digital services.

His Highness said: "We are pleased on this occasion to congratulate Your Excellency and the staff of the university on this great achievement, asking God Almighty to grant you success and bless your efforts to achieve the desired goals, in fulfillment of the vision of our dear Kingdom under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz - may God protect them."

 

The university ranked among the top 10 out of 371 government entities in the overall ranking announced by the Digital Government Authority (DGA) in the "Government Services Monitor" system, for the best entities that contributed to improving the overall maturity index of all government digital services.

 

The Government Services Observatory is a tool to assess the level of digitization, inventory services and their maturity levels, transform them from traditional to electronic services, raise their level of digital maturity, and then publish the information of government services on the National Portal for e-Government Transactions (Saudi).
