The University, represented by the Deanship of Community Service, continues to activate the campaign of His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Meshal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, "I am a Saudi who cherishes my identity", through the university's initiative that includes 3 tracks dealing with 60 diverse programs.
Through the "Heritage of a Nation" track, which is being held for the third week at the deanship's headquarters in Buraydah, with the participation of a number of productive families, crafts and painting, in addition to activating a number of initiatives, courses and lectures. The deanship also launched an initiative entitled "Qassim Walks", which aims to promote the culture of walking, which was launched at the Eskan Park track in Buraydah and continues in a number of governorates in the region.
For his part, His Excellency the Dean of the Deanship of Community Service, Prof. Dr. Fahad bin Ibrahim Al-Dhalei, the general supervisor of the campaign, spoke about the launch of this national initiative, which includes three main tracks and offers 60 qualitative and distinctive programs, pointing out that these tracks address all members of society in its various categories to strengthen the national identity and deepen the concept of national belonging, based on the campaign "I am a Saudi who cherishes my identity" launched recently by HRH Prince Dr. Faisal bin Meshal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Qassim Region, in a manner that contributes to achieving the program of strengthening the Saudi personality, one of the programs of the Saudi Arabian Vision.
He added that the campaign covers 60 programs, including 20 for national values, 20 for Arabic language, and 20 for Watan heritage, all of which offer a number of specific initiatives, including the Umrah program for the families of martyrs of duty in the Qassim region, the "Qassim Walks" initiative, a program that promotes the culture of personal sports among all segments of society, and a sports initiative consisting of a football league between government departments in the Qassim region.
