Today, Sunday morning, 7/1/1443 AH, the university issued an explanatory statement about the mechanism for the safe return to the attendance study in the various faculties of the university, based on the statement issued by the Ministry of Education and based on the Royal Decree ordering the return of attendance study in public and university education institutions and technical training for the academic year 1443 AH, as the university emphasized in its statement to all its students and employees to take all precautionary measures and preventive measures, stressing that it will not enable the educational process who has not completed the Corona vaccine doses.
In its statement, the university specified the requirements for a safe return to the place of study according to the case according to the "Tawakkalna" application, as students and all university employees must complete two doses of the Corona vaccine before attending the university, and the statement revealed that the student who is not immunized or who has not completed the two doses of the vaccine will not be able to attend, indicating that in this case, the student must address his or her academic situation according to the study and exam regulations for the university stage by postponing or apologizing, otherwise he or she will be in the academic system interrupted, and then must request re-enrollment for the next semester according to the academic calendar.
The university statement explained that the student must follow and apply what is issued by the competent authority at the university regarding precautionary measures, and that he must commit to following his academic schedule through his personal page to know the times of lectures, indicating that the college may combine in-person and distance education according to what is decided by the competent authority at the university, and the college determines the attendance rates in the courses of the academic schedule according to what is issued by the University Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, and the non-new student must comply with the early registration date and deletion and addition processes for his college, which will be announced by the Deanship of Admission and Registration at the university starting from the beginning.
In addition, new students will be registered automatically by the Deanship of Admission and Registration.
