UQU wins second place in the video presentation competition at the University Student Clubs Forum

The University, represented by the Student Media Club at the Deanship of Student Affairs, achieved second place in the visual presentations section of the Saudi Universities Student Clubs Forum, which concluded last Wednesday, 19/7/1442 A.H., at King Khalid University under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Education, Dr. Hamad Al-Sheikh, with the participation of 21 universities.

The forum included three areas, namely: Distinguished Experiences, Visual Presentations, and Working Papers, where the university's visual presentation on the efforts of student clubs during the Corona pandemic achieved second place among 21 universities that competed with different presentations.

For his part, the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Al-Ajlan, expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Dawood, President of the University, and His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Al-Obayeb, Vice President for Educational Affairs, for their support for student clubs and providing all the capabilities for them, which contributed to achieving distinguished results among Saudi universities, pointing out that empowering students and giving them sufficient opportunity in student clubs led to achieving this excellence, contributing to the activation and achievement of Vision 2030 for university students and showing the skills and experiences of students in student clubs and their effectiveness and contribution to science and education.
