Qassim University launches the Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Saawi Chair for the development of positivity and its research in society

His Excellency the President of Qassim University, Prof. Khalid bin Abdulrahman Al-Hamoudi, and Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al-Saawi inaugurated the "Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Saawi Chair for the development of positivity and its research in society" with a financial support of three million riyals for five years, in the VIP hall in the university lobby, in the presence of the university vice presidents and a number of deans and professors of the university, in the presence of the university vice presidents and a number of deans.

He pointed out that the chair comes within the framework of the university's research efforts in various fields, pointing out that the research chairs through which the university seeks to activate its mission towards society. He appreciated Sheikh Saleh Al-Saawi's support for the objectives of this chair, which is concerned with spreading positivity in society, stressing that this chair in general is one of the main non-traditional means that contribute to achieving the university's future vision and promoting effective partnership between the university and the private sector in order to serve the community.

Sheikh Saleh Al-Saawi also emphasized that supporting such purposeful trends is a duty as businessmen are partners in advancing the wheel of development and progress in our blessed country, pointing out that our university "Qassim University" deserves our support and support as the people of the region in order to contribute to serving the paths of development in various fields, He noted that the university has evolved and advanced over the past decade since its establishment, which we can see through its achievements that we are proud and proud of. He prayed that the chair will achieve the desired goals of its launch, especially under the supervision of a group of professors who realize the importance of their role towards spreading positivity in society.

The UQU Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research and General Supervisor of Research Chairs, Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Wasel, stressed the importance of launching such meaningful chairs, pointing out the university's interest in playing its role as part of its research mission towards the community.

The Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Abdullah Al-Muzairi, explained that the chair will play an important role in studies and research interested in positivity in all fields for all groups, including research related to the development of positive social behavior and research related to the development of positive thinking.

The general supervisor of the chair, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Ahmad, pointed out that the vision of the chair is to spread the culture of positivity in all its fields and for all groups, especially the male and female students, the family, and governmental and private institutions.

An important dimension of spreading the culture of positivity is creating programs that support it, and encouraging positive institutions, projects, and personalities

Dr. Al-Ahmad went on to say:

It is important to adopt such projects as a long-term strategic plan to take positivity and spread in addition to the need for sectors, universities and institutions to develop the idea of positivity and its applications in the student and job environment, and to find the method of motivation and encouragement for the individual, family, employee and even the official to thank the benefactor 'three times' and correct the mistake once, stressing the importance of downloading the culture of positivity for applications in schools and media in the form of programs that focus on the bright aspects of the individual and facility, and the care of writers, preachers, speakers and media professionals to monitor this and root it.
