Al-Tuwayan pointed out that natural food contains elements and substances that cannot be compensated by using industrial supplements, emphasizing the error of some concepts recently spread among society that lead to the excessive use of dietary supplements, hormones and fat burners with the aim of reaching the ideal weight and shape in the shortest time.
