The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may Allah protect him - in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, inaugurated a number of university projects announced by His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Meshal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the region, which cost SR 3,149,742,486.00 and are distributed on 11 different sites of the university spread in the region, on Wednesday afternoon at Al-Wadi Palace in Buraydah.
The number of projects inaugurated by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques amounted to 28 projects with a total value of 2,953,676,056.00, and the number of projects to be inaugurated is 5 projects in 5 different locations with a total value of 196,066,430.00 riyals, which benefit a large number of male and female students in addition to faculty members, employees and the people of the region.
The projects include: University Hospital, medical clinics, 8 educational colleges, sports facilities, a building for supporting deanships, a building for the College of Engineering workshops, faculty housing, classrooms, laboratories and scientific laboratories.
