Clinical training Surgery

Course Description: This course focuses on training in the diagnosis and treatment of various surgical conditions such as gait analysis, deformities, diagnosing lameness, diseases of the forelimbs, diseases of the hindlimbs, diseases of the hoof and claws, diseases of the digestive system, diseases of the respiratory system, diseases of the genitourinary system, diseases of the udder and horns, and veterinary ophthalmology and surgery.

Objectives of the course :

Students gain the necessary skills to differentiate between various surgical conditions.
Students are able to handle general and specialized surgical instruments used in veterinary surgery.
Provide students with skills related to various types of veterinary surgical conditions.
Providing students with skills related to various types of veterinary anesthesia.
Providing students with skills related to various types of imaging diagnostic methods.
