Diagnostic lab tests

Course Description: This course covers the scientific discipline of veterinary laboratory diagnosis, as well as sample collection and preservation. The course will equip students with the theoretical and practical skills and values necessary to apply various diagnostic tools required for disease diagnosis. It will also enable them to perform examinations and interpret the results of these tools.

Prerequisites: VMD 343
Objectives of the course :

Improve the student's ability to collect the most suitable samples for diagnosing various animal diseases in their diverse species.
• Improving the student's ability to memorize different laboratory samples for diagnostic purposes.
• Improve the student's ability to confirm the clinical diagnosis of infectious and non-infectious diseases using various laboratory techniques.

Students will be able to keep up with advances in veterinary diagnostics.
