Course Description: This course covers the fundamentals of blood, cell, and nervous system physiology. Blood physiology includes blood components and their functions, blood cell formation, blood types, blood clotting, and types of anemia. Cell physiology is also covered, focusing on the cell membrane and mechanisms of material transport across biological membranes. Additionally, the course addresses the basics of nervous system physiology, including nerve impulses and the autonomic nervous system and its effects on the functions of various body organs.

Objectives of the course :

Provide the student with the fundamental concepts in blood physiology, cell physiology, and nervous system physiology.
Understanding the basic physiological functions of bodily systems and their regulatory mechanisms.
