Course Description: The course covers fundamental concepts and theories in animal behavior, physiological bases of behavior, genetic and environmental factors influencing behavior, innate and learned behavior patterns, animal communication methods, social behavior, feeding behavior, reproductive behavior, maternal care, stress behaviors, animal welfare, and methods of behavior assessment.

Objectives of the course :

1- Provide the student with the basic scientific knowledge related to animal behavior and the factors influencing it.
2. Developing the student's ability to observe and analyze animal behavior based on scientific principles.
3- Equip students with the necessary skills to apply the principles of animal welfare and improve their well-being and productivity.

The student's ability to interpret various animal behavioral patterns and link them to environmental and physiological factors.
