Course Description: Field training is the practical bridge that connects academic theories with professional practice in a real work environment. Field training is also a period of time spent by a student or trainee in a specialized institution (sports clubs or accredited academies) that aligns with their field of study. The goal is not merely "observation," but actual participation in job duties to gain direct experience under professional supervision.
