Course Description: The course "Evaluation of Sports Training Programs" covers several topics including: understanding the concept and importance of evaluation in training programs; knowing the importance of evaluation in sports training programs; understanding the role of standards, levels, and criteria; recognizing the difference between measurement and evaluation in sports training programs; emphasizing the role of scientific test parameters (validity, reliability, objectivity); and studying examples of tests used in sports training programs (physical tests, anthropometric tests, physiological tests).
