Course Description: Familiarity with the concept and importance of planning for sports training and physical preparation in the sports field, training programs and their importance, and their employment in load standardization programs through the annual plan to reach high levels. It covers weight training programs, the relationship between planning and various training plans and implemented training methods, the foundations of setting a training program, and the formation of training load.
