Motor learning

Course Description: This course covers the knowledge and information related to the concept and importance of motor learning. Students will learn about the role of the nervous system in motor learning, the foundations and stages of motor learning, the classification of motor and sports skills, the stages of learning sports skills, methods for measuring the learning and performance of sports skills, understanding and interpreting various motor learning theories, and the use of computers in learning and teaching sports skills.

Prerequisites: SPA 113

Objectives of the course :

This course aims to provide knowledge and recognition of motor learning for sports skills, mastery and development.
Explains the concept of motor learning and its importance.
2- Presents fundamental information about the role of the nervous system in motor learning of sports skills and their performance.
3- It mentions the foundations and stages of motor learning.
4- Motor and sports skill classification summarizes motor learning.
5. Mention the different motor learning theories and their role in motor learning and control.
6. Organizes methods for measuring the learning and performance of motor skills.
7- Explains how technology is used in teaching and learning mathematical skills.
