Optional Specialty Sports Training (1)

Course Description: Theoretical Part: Covers the following topics: What is specialty sport and its history, a historical overview of specialty sport, international law of specialty sport, general and specific physical conditioning, skill conditioning ("technical stages and learning steps"), tactical conditioning, modern tools and equipment in teaching and training specialty sport. Practical Part: Applications in how to design, implement, and manage training units in specialty sport, applications in how to design and implement tests and measurements in specialty sport, applications in how to standardize the intensity of loads in training units in specialty sport.

Objectives of the course :

This course aims to familiarize students with the fundamental concepts in selecting specialized sports training (1) by:
– Explains international law for specialized sports.
– Mentions the Mahari numbers ”technical stages and educational steps”.
Lists the technical stages of motor performance for the specialized sport to its initial stages.
– Discovering modern tools and devices in the field of specialized sports education and training

– Applies warm-up and cool-down exercises for the scheduled practical competitions.
Design and Management of Training Units in a Specialized Sport
– Applies tests and measurements in specialized sports
