Course Description: Introduce students to the fundamental concepts in sports training, the characteristics and duties of sports training, defining the formation of sports training loads, training status and sports form, understanding the comprehensive preparation of athletes in physical, skill, and tactical aspects, the ability to plan sports training (long-term, championship preparation plans, annual and daily plans), and also the ability to create different training models.
