Course Description: This course introduces the concept and nature of general and specific psychological characteristics of sports activity, the psychological characteristics of training and sports competitions, the dangers associated with competitive sports, sports psychology, sports coaching psychology, psychology of learning motor skills and tactical abilities, psychological preparation of athletes, psychological factors affecting the athlete's level, psychological guidance and counseling for athletes, and sports team psychology.

Objectives of the course :

This course aims to enable the student to: Explain the concept and essence of general and specific psychological characteristics of sports activity, the psychological characteristics of training and sports competitions, the risks associated with competitive sports, sports psychology, sports coach psychology, psychology of motor skill learning and tactical abilities, psychological preparation of athletes, psychological factors affecting the athlete's level, psychological guidance and counseling for athletes, and sports team psychology. It also aims to cover how to utilize these aspects to develop capabilities and effectively manage fields of physical education and sports, working towards achieving their goals and their role in advancing the sports movement.
