Course Description: This course introduces preparatory year students to the fundamental concepts, theories, and applications in statistics. It aims to enhance their understanding of important statistical definitions and principles. The course also seeks to prepare students and develop their statistical skills, as well as cultivate their analytical thinking abilities when dealing with statistical data and information. Additionally, the course equips students with the necessary statistical terminology and knowledge, in English, to qualify them for admission to scientific and medical colleges and to assist them in applying statistics in academic and practical contexts.
