Physiological measurements

Course Description: Description of the most important physiological measurements used to evaluate the physiological and physical condition of athletes, and identifying the key laboratory tests that enable the student to design training programs suited to the individual physiological condition of athletes, as well as contributing to talent identification of juniors. In addition, learning how to use modern equipment that allows students to easily conduct measurements and calibrate results in order to evaluate training programs and develop athletes' performance levels.

This course aims to:
