Course Description: This is a compulsory course for students. It aims to help them understand various issues related to sports training and find scientific solutions for them. It analyzes the training requirements for team and individual sports, evaluates the fundamental principles of sports training planning, types of sports training plans, preparation plans for sports championships, annual training periodization, assessment and monitoring of training plans, reviews obstacles and problems in sports training processes (coach - player - administration - resources), highlights modern technologies and equipment for developing skills and game plans, explores the latest advancements in training methods for developing physical abilities, studies how to leverage computer technology in developing sports training components, examines case studies of players and competing teams, provides a critical analysis of selected research in sports training, and familiarizes students with the stages of conducting research in sports training.
